About this piece

Venice does not have streets in the ordinary sense. It has canals, and between the canals it has narrow passageways called calle that the locals simply walk.

A black gondola rests in the foreground — low to the water, the cushions a deep red, the gondolier's pole resting in the rowlock. Two striped mooring posts stand at the near end.

Printed with archival pigment inks on museum-grade cotton canvas, then stretched and framed by hand in solid wood. Listed measurements are the outer frame size. Hanging hardware is fitted before dispatch, so the piece is ready for the wall out of the box.

US orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days, production and transit included. Everywhere else it is usually 7–14 business days. Prices are in US dollars; where import duties apply, they are paid by the recipient.

Returns & damage

Every piece is printed and framed only after you order, so we are not able to accept returns or cancellations.

If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted or not as described, we replace it or refund you in full — and nothing needs to be sent back. Write to care@cenzioatelier.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

Dust gently with a dry, soft cloth. Keep the piece out of direct sunlight and away from damp walls. Never use water or chemical cleaners on the canvas. Lift and carry by the frame rather than the printed surface.
