Shipping

Every piece is made to order.

We do not hold inventory. Each print is produced fresh after your order is placed — never pulled from a warehouse shelf, never pre-printed in bulk. This means your piece has been made specifically for you, and we ask for a small amount of patience in return.

Free shipping

Shipping is free, with no minimum, to every country we deliver to:

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland and Australia.

How long it takes

United States: most pieces arrive within 3–7 business days of your order date, including production and transit.

Canada, Europe and Australia: most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Any duties or import taxes applicable upon arrival are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received a tracking notification within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out at care@cenzioatelier.com and we will look into it promptly.

A note on timing

Shipping estimates reflect typical transit times and are not guarantees. Delays caused by carrier volume, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control are uncommon but possible. We will always communicate with you if something unexpected arises.
