Every Cenzio Atelier piece is produced individually after your order is placed. Because each print is made specifically for you, all sales are final: we are unable to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed. We ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including your selected size, format and frame colour.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

We take great care in the production and packaging of every order, but damage in transit can occasionally occur. If your piece arrives damaged, with a production defect, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at care@cenzioatelier.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photograph of the damaged item
  • A clear photograph of the outer packaging

You do not need to send the piece back. We arrange the replacement straight from the studio. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows your order as lost, or it has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us at care@cenzioatelier.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number. Once we confirm it with the carrier, we will send a free replacement or refund you in full. Orders returned to us because the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

A note on colour

All Cenzio Atelier prints are produced with archival-quality pigment inks on premium canvas. Colours are carefully calibrated, but minor variation between what you see on screen and the final printed piece is a normal characteristic of fine art printing, not a defect.
