US orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days, production and transit included. Everywhere else it is usually 7–14 business days. Prices are in US dollars; where import duties apply, they are paid by the recipient.

Every piece is printed and framed only after you order, so we are not able to accept returns or cancellations.

If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted or not as described, we replace it or refund you in full — and nothing needs to be sent back. Write to care@cenzioatelier.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

Dust gently with a dry, soft cloth. Keep the piece out of direct sunlight and away from damp walls. Never use water or chemical cleaners on the canvas. Lift and carry by the frame rather than the printed surface.
